You will probably notice the off-white paper that we print invoices on - that's because we only use non bleached 100% recycled, and same goes for the paper filling in the boxes. The multicoloured chips are made from starch and can be dissolved in water, and you may also find some shredded cardboard that is simply recycled boxes that the sweets came in. Our boxes are made from cardboard from an environmentally conscious mill, and are sturdy and look great so that you can reuse them in any way you like.
That's all because we believe that every little helps when it comes to saving the world - ah did we forget to mention that our courier gives us guarantee that every parcel sent via their network will be carbon neutral?
We promise to dispatch Standard shipping orders within 1 working day (that's next working day if order was placed after 1pm). That excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. If there is a delay with your order, we will always let you know within that timeframe, and if we are unable to keep the schedule we will offer you a refund of shipping charges or free Standard shipping with next order. That offer is available for UK Mainland delivery only.
For Budget shipping and Offshore/ Overseas orders we will aim to send the orders out within 3 working days; if that schedule cannot be kept we will send within 6 business days on next day service.
Please make sure that you do check your emails and also your junk/ spam emails regularly because we or the courier may be trying to reach you.

For UK Mainland customers we offer faster Standard shipping for 6.99, and cheaper Budget shipping, which will cost between 2.40 and 4.99, depending on how heavy the order is. You will therefore pay 2.40 for a few candy bars, but 4.99 for a couple of cans. For a limited period of time, shipping of orders worth £35 and over to UK Mainland is free on Budget schedule.
For Offshore - British Islands and Northern Ireland, and all Overseas, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and you will be offered Royal Mail or courier for smaller orders, or courier for heavier orders. We ship across Europe EU/EEA, and to North America - if your country is not on delivery list, drop us a line.
We promise we do not make money on shipping and we always strive to offer you the best possible service for the least money.
We use DPD courier, Hermes Homecall and Royal Mail 1st Class to send out the parcels.
Standard shipping orders will be sent via DPD Next Working Day (or two day for certain remote locations in Scottish Highlands). This service is fully trackable, and you will receive a dispatch email from DPD with tracking details and also delivery timeframe. Please note it will require signature on delivery.
Budget shipping orders will be usually sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post (1-3 days) or Hermes (2- 5 days) and these services are not trackable. We reserve the right to send certain orders (heavier or of higher value) via DPD Next Working Day.
Offshore and Overseas orders will be sent via either Royal Mail or courier - that depends on service chosen and destination.
Please note that we cannot offer store collections at the moment, nor can we accommodate requests to leave parcels unsecured if sent by a trackable service. Remember you can have a parcel sent to your work address if you let us know before your order ships.
The order has not arrived - what do I do?
In first instance please check your emails (and junk/spam emails) to see whether we or the courier were trying to reach you. Track your order online if you have DPD tracking details, and check with your flatmates/ neighbours if we sent it via Royal Mail or Hermes Homecall and look for any calling cards. If nothing pops up, do drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help you asap.
The order has arrived and I'm not 100% happy
We always aim to deliver the best possible service, but we are only human - if we missed something from the order or sent you a wrong item, do email us asap at email@example.com and we will get back to you. Same goes if your entire order or a part of it was damaged in transit. Please keep the goods safe and unopened and let us know within 7 days of receipt.
