I had absolutely no idea what to expect from this product when I purchased it from the London Cybercandy store: chocolate and bacon just seemed such an odd combination that curiosity got the better of me. There was a sneaking suspicion in my mind that such a weird ingredients list might be nothing more than a gimmick; fortunately, I was to be proved wrong on that score. Perhaps surprisingly, this mix of ingredients works rather well. The small pieces of crackling add texture and a hint of saltiness, which nicely offsets the sweetness of the soft centre. Combined with a delicious dark chocolate outer layer, this makes for a particularly tasty chocolate bar. It also satisfies the ethical shopper in me, claiming organic status and bearing a Fairtrade logo. For the money, it is unlikely to become a part of my staple chocoholic's diet; however, as a rather unusual treat for yourself, or as a gift for a chocolate-lover who thinks they've seen it all, it is worth every penny. Go on - satisfy your curiosity!

This dark chocolate bar is filled with a rich, slightly vinegary-scented ganache. It is very rich and has an interesting flavour, but I was a little disappointed that it wasn't actually a caramel filling. Good, but not quite what I expected.

Got one of these in a mystery box and was a little worried, as i had seen the other flavours. This chocolate is amazing! try not to scoff it quickly as the complex flavours are very impressive!
