As lovers of real Turkish Delight (lokum), bought at the Spice Market in Istanbul we have always been on the look-out for good TD, and it's not that easy to source. This product is of course not true lokum, but it is very much in line with how Fry's USED to be.. not the soft, pappy, flavourless stuff it's become. I wish more natural flavourings had been used, but that would make it exceedingly expensive. For what it is, it's a good product.....and yes...... we wish it were just a bit bigger. :)

Goes well indeed with a cup of coffee. This is a cult item and apparently very many Americans have petitioned Nestle to release it in the USA, so far with little success.

I am amazed to find that after years of wondering what became of my favourite ever chocolate bar ... they still exist, but only available in Canada or US. I used to buy these in the 60's at my local sweetshop, then searching online today I find that George Lloyd of Croydon also bought them in the 60's!! Why not bring them back to the UK??
