Jiffy-Pop popcorn rocks out! I don't believe that there's a microwave popcorn on the market that even holds a candle to the taste and crispness of Jiffy-Pop. Not to mention it's just really fun to make.

I bought one of these today from the shop... Entertaining, to say the least! The actual 'cooking' was fun (the foil coating on the pan expands into a big mushroom and you poke it to release the steam), and the actual popcorn is really quite nice, not to mention you get a huuuge bowl from the tiny pan.
A very worthy buy!

Jiffy pop pop corn was first made in la porte indiana on clay street, everything was done by hand.Pop corn and butter was put in by machine, our hands put handles in pan and our fingers crimped the heavy foil. Our fingers were sore all the time, a Mr Mennen invented it,what memories. American Home Foods took it over years later. I had two nieces that worked there also. Thanks for reading this, still love jiffy pop pop corn. Thanks Regina m.Lawrence

Back in the days before microwave ovens and bags of pre-popped popcorn at the grocery store- there was Jiffy-Pop. Nothing could compare to the anticipation as the foil pan sizzled. Shake-shake-shake back and forth, the sizzling growing more frantic. Then POP! the first kernel explodes. Then another and another. The staccato popping growing to a thunderous armada as the foil expanded and roiled upward. Poke open the foil and you are seduced by the steam and buttery goodness. It is beautiful!
