5 out of 5 stars pecans? Awesome! 22 Jun, 2009

Really tasty! The caramel and pecans in the centre were just delicious and the chocolate was really nice considering most American / Canadian chocolate can sometimes be a bit iffy!! Try it you wont be disappointed!!

this line where it says formerly nestle is a bunch of hooey. the Demets company was the company that Originated the formula and the candy.......... Nestle had BOUGHT DEMETS and then apparently Demets bought back TURTLES....

4 out of 5 stars Nice but... 20 Oct, 2008
Reviewer: A customer from County Durham
I found thse in my recent CyberCandy Covent Garden haul, and I thought they'd be really unique and different. Bottom line is, they're not. They're very nice and pleasant and all, but really they just taste like flattened versions of the nutty ones from Quality Street. Buy them if you're really into nuts, but if you're not, you might find them a little boring.

im not a big fan of pecans which isnt a good place to start i agree. i tried a turtle and it was ok, the caramel was quite sweet, the chocolate kinda normal, overall i didnt think it was anything special.
